Refund policy

We accept returns and exchanges on eligible products within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories included. Products that show signs of use, damage, or tampering will not be eligible for return or refund. Items such as perishable goods, personal care items, or products marked as “final sale” are not returnable.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at nishilta@goodnewss.in within 7 days of receiving your order. Kindly include your order number, the reason for the return, and clear photos (if applicable) of the item. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will share the return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

In case you received a wrong or damaged product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video evidence. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on the situation and product availability.

We reserve the right to deny a return or refund request if the product does not meet our return criteria or if it appears to have been misused.
