Shipping Time

Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days

Delivery Time (Pan India): 3–7 business days depending on the delivery location 

Remote or Rural Areas: Delivery may take an additional 1–2 days

Shipping Charges

 Free Shipping on All Orders – No delivery charges apply

 Cash on Delivery (COD) – No additional charge for COD orders

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking ID and link to monitor the delivery status in real-time.

While we strive to deliver your order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to:

Damaged or Missing Items

If your package is damaged or items are missing:

Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. Email us at [support@goodnewss.in] with your order ID and photos/videos of the damaged product

We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.

Packaging

All our products are packed securely and hygienically, especially since we cater to babies and young children. We use eco-friendly and recyclable materials wherever possible.
